Return Policy

You must notify Spa Order of any incorrect or defective products within three days of receiving your order.  Once approved, you must return your order within 30 days of placing your order.  The product has to be unopened and in sellable condition in order to get a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Spa Order.

***Make special note: if the item is not packed correctly upon return and gets to Spa Order damaged, opened, and unsellable, we will not be able to refund you.
